Jake is my Relocation Expert. When my company asked me to consider relocating to Colorado, I browsed the internet for Denver real estate agents. My first call was to Jake, and that ended up being my last call. I flew into Denver to familiarize myself with the area. Understanding that my visit would be brief, both Jake and Greg spent much of the weekend showing me different towns, neighborhoods, and houses. To my surprise, I was making an offer on a house the following Tuesday.

I contacted the Affinity Group about a year before my anticipated move from Chicago to Denver. I found the company on the internet and was contacted by Greg Eckler. I told him about my situation which was that I was waiting to hear from my company on a possible relocation to Denver. Greg helped me with searches on the internet and called me every so often to check and see how thing were going. The thing I really liked and respected about Greg is that he never pressured me and always offered helped in whatever way he could. Even when our move was not guarenteed, Greg drove us around on a Saturday afternoon and showed us the many different neighborhoods and explained the aspects of each one to us.

About 6 months later I received word from my company that I would be able to relocate and that I could begin searching for a home. Being 900 miles away, I thought it would be difficult to find and purchase a home, especially being a first time home owner. To my surprise, the process couldn't have been any easier because of the help of the Affinity Group. Greg was able to provide me with information about each step of the process and was able to provide me with truthful, ethical advice and information. After spending a long weekend in Denver, we viewed about a dozen and half homes and were able to find a great house that we both loved in a neighborhood we thought was the best fit for us and within our price range. We were able to do this with the information and searches Greg provided to us. With the right tools, searching for a home can be a breeze, even from across the country.

We didn't move into the house until about 2 months after the closing. Greg was able to help us take care of things when we were not around, like coordinating lawncare, meeting with the insurance inspector, providing access to a contractor and keeping an eye on the house until we moved in. Greg even made some contacts for my girlfriend to help here find a job in Denver. Moving to a new city and be difficult and stressful, but with this help it made our relocation to Denver a breeze.

I would definately recommend your company to those need real estate help.
